Patrol inspection:
The personnel in the production process carry out sampling at a certain time to see whether it meets the standard of drawings. To prevent non-human defects, such as mold wear, machine production parameters error, etc., the occurrence of a large number of scrap products is an important measure.
Final inspection:
A batch of production depends on the mold, fixture or device, and finally a comprehensive inspection of the finished product and production tools is made to avoid non-human faults in the next batch of production.
