IPQC (Process Control)
Generally speaking, process control refers to the quality control of products in the production process, the point is on the quality of goods when they are put into production, should meet the standard of drawings or customer’s requirements. Specifically, the standards we make in production are as follows:
First article inspection:
Although the production is standardized now, in order to prevent human negligence, the first article inspection can avoid the deviation of jig installation in production, equipment accuracy error, drawing tolerance error, etc.
Patrol inspection:
The personnel in the production process carry out sampling at a certain time to see whether it meets the standard of drawings. To prevent non-human defects, such as mold wear, machine production parameters error, etc., the occurrence of a large number of scrap products is an important measure.
Final inspection:
A batch of production depends on the mold, fixture or device, and finally a comprehensive inspection of the finished product and production tools is made to avoid non-human faults in the next batch of production.
